We are looking for someone to join our enthusiastic, highly motivated team. Based at our HQ in Harrogate, North Yorkshire and as part of this energetic team, you will play a key role in growing our online eCommerce business in Europe, with a particular focus on the UK and Germany. You will deliver exceptional customer service excellence by dealing with and advising on a variety of customer enquiries. This role would suit someone who is hardworking, enthusiastic, has a keen eye for detail and is able to work closely with other team members.
Required:
Fluency in German and English
Experience in creative writing
Computer Literate – Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Word
Accurate typing skills
Customer service mind-set
Willingness to learn new skills
Internet trading/ Amazon/ eBay/ eCommerce experience an advantage though full training will be given
Main Responsibilities:
Marketplace Assistant
Assistant managing tasks on Amazon, including:
Answering product reviews & report faults
Customer feedback
Creating Amazon shipments
Creating, following up & resolve Amazon cases
Amazon Store Front
Product uploads, Fixing product pages & creativity
Reporting Campers (product pages, photos)
Assistant managing tasks on eBay, including:
Learning about eBay tools (i-ways / eBay Vero program)
Product uploads
Reporting campers (product listings, photos)
Customer Service
Responding to emails
Inbound phone calls
Taking orders
Processing returns
